5. Early-access programme
The Tenderbox platform is in early access and not yet commercially available. Submitting a demo request, joining the waitlist, or registering as a contractor does not entitle you to access the platform or to any specific commercial terms. We make no commitment as to launch dates, feature scope, pricing, or eligibility.
Indications of "founding partner" pricing or similar early-access benefits referenced on the website are non-binding and subject to confirmation in a written commercial agreement.
6. Contractor database
If you register your contracting firm for the Tenderbox approved contractor database, you agree that the information you provide is true and current, and that we may verify it against publicly available sources and reasonable references. Registration does not guarantee inclusion in the database, invitation to any tender, or any other commercial outcome. We reserve the right to decline or remove any registration at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
The Tenderbox name, logo, website design, copy, illustrations, and all other content on this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from this website for normal informational purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written consent.
8. Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties, and a link does not imply endorsement.
